Wellness guidance, not medical advice

Wellora gives general wellness guidance generated by AI. It does not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition and is not a substitute for a doctor. Talk to a qualified professional before major changes to diet, exercise or sleep, especially if you have a health condition.

Plans

Free: all trackers, 20 AI coach messages a day, 3 AI plans a day, and insights from your last 7 days.

Wellora Pro: €5.99 per month. Prices shown to consumers include VAT where applicable; the exact VAT amount for your country is itemised on your receipt. Pro includes unlimited coach messages and AI plans, and insights from your last 30 days.

Renewals

Wellora Pro renews automatically every month on the day you subscribed, and your saved payment method is charged €5.99 (incl. applicable VAT) until you cancel. A receipt is emailed for every payment.

Cancelling

Cancel anytime from the Wellora Pro page via "Manage or cancel subscription" — no notice period, no cancellation fee. You keep Pro until the end of the month you've paid for; after that your account returns to Free. Your logged data is kept.

Failed payments

If a renewal payment fails, we retry automatically over the following days and Pro stays active meanwhile. You can update your card under "Manage subscription". If all retries fail, the subscription ends and your account returns to Free.

Refunds & withdrawal

EU consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal. By starting Pro immediately you agree that the service begins right away; if you withdraw within 14 days, contact us at Wellora_@outlook.com and we'll refund the payment proportionally to the unused part of the period. Payments are processed securely by our payment partner, which may appear on your statement as LINK.COM*.

Your account

You must be at least 16 years old to use Wellora. Keep your password safe. We may suspend accounts that misuse the service. You can export or delete your data at any time from your profile page. We may update these terms and will tell you about material changes in advance.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes go to the competent court in the Netherlands, without prejudice to your mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence.
